REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in courses related to public administration, community development, development communication, etc. completed in four (4) years
At least four (4) hours of relevant training
At least one (1) year relevant experience
SKILLS QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Adept in the use of the English and Filipino language in both written and oral communication
Skilled in the use of technology and its application software for data-banking and reporting (i. e. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
Capable of using video-editing applications
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
Facilitate the consolidation of monthly, quarterly, semestral and annual reports from the LGUs as requested by the Central Office
Prepares/formulates databases needed in the monitoring and evaluation on the implementation of P/P/As
Act as data custodian of databases, ensuring safety and confidentiality in observance of the Data Privacy Act
Prepare correspondences and other relevant documents
Assist the Regional Focal Persons on the preparation of program and project proposals, research and activity/training designs
Facilitate/participate in meetings, trainings, workshops and all other activities in relation to LEO 70 and C4PEACE Program
Provide support to the Regional Focal Persons in the conduct of assessments/audits
Coordinate with partner agencies
Prepare the regular reports of the Regional Office for the timely submission to the Central Office
Attend to and/or facilitate fieldwork activities
Perform other functions as may be required by the Division
